YOU HAVE 15 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

Little Kiri allows you to return your order in the first 15 days after you receive the items, reimbursing you 100% of the amount of the product.

Once the period of fifteen (15) calendar days has expired, Little Kiri will not accept returns due to withdrawal of the purchase of products.

RETURN CONDITIONS

- That no more than 15 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition, this implies that the seal of the product must not have been tampered with in any way, including manuals, accessories and other documents. In addition, the items must arrive at Little Kiri protected and in a different packaging than the product. For example, inside the box.

- The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, except if the product is defective or there has been an error by Little Kiri.

- Once we receive the item and check that it is correct, we will refund the amount using the same system you used to pay.

- On defective items, we will refund you the amount or exchange it for another one if in stock.

- We recommend the use of trackable shipments.We are not responsible if your package does not reach us for any reason.
